One of my goal’s for 2018 was to make sure I’m eating breakfast every morning. As a full-time work-from-home-parent it is SO EASY to get sidetracked in the mornings during the hustle and bustle of getting everyone else ready that I’ll often forget to make my own breakfast (coffee doesn’t count!).
While I do get up early to work and get ready before the boys are up, I don’t always take the time to make myself a hearty breakfast to start the day. What I really needed was a quick, nutritious breakfast that I can whip up and feel good about eating most mornings.
I’ve concluded that my busy mornings are just made easier when I have a protein packed + healthy shake. It keeps me full until lunch time and it takes all of 2 minutes to make.
I partnered with Left Field Farms to create a yummy, good-for-you breakfast protein shake that you don’t have to feel guilty about and will keep you full during your morning rush to get the kids to school, get to work and have a productive day.
I found Left Field Farms at my local Walmart and have been super impressed with the quality and price point of their products. While so many people are going dairy free (and kudos to them!) I personally love dairy, but I have tried to find better quality dairy products I can feel good about putting into my body. Left Field Farms Non-GMO Creamers are made with real sugar, real cream and non-GMO project verified. And best yet, they come from a collection of dairy farmers that are like-minded in wanting good food, healthy communities and fresh ideas in agriculture. You can save on your next purchase at Walmart with the Ibotta rebate app too!
